The latest version of Webkit Leopard is : Webkit 537.3.1 and it is the most stable version yet! And the problem with crashing on full screen html5 video has been resolved. This version is very stable and less crash prone.
So if you haven't already, I suggest you head over to:

and download WebKit-537.3.1-Leopard.dmg
This is for Mac OS X 10.5.8 Leopard users running PPC or Intel based Macs.
