If you plan on using flashvideoreplacer, please remember to not join the html 5 trial in youtube -- so flash is on.
If you joined to html 5 trial, flashvideoreplacer can't kick in and load.
With flash video on and the html 5 trial off, flashvideoreplacer will detect the presence of flash video and then it will load the video playback replacement (in my case-- quicktime) in youtube.
